Calling all Kristian fans in the New York area: Kristian and Days Executive Producer Ken Corday will be at the NBC Experience Store at Rockefeller Plaza on Tuesday, May 25 at 10 a.m. Ken will be signing copies of his new autobiography, and Kristian will be on hand with some pieces from her Hope Faith Miracles jewelry line. Frances Reid, who reigned as the matriarch of Days of our Lives since its debut in 1965, passed away on February 3 at the age of 95. Frances played Hope's beloved grandmother, Alice Horton. Alice was the original Bo and Hope fan, and even when others didn't believe, Alice always did. Hope has always adored her Gran, and Kristian adored Frances just as much -- right from the start.
"I just loved her so much," Kristian told Soap Opera Digest. "There was just so much about her to love. It's so rare that someone has so much to say with their eyes. They were just so bright and she was just so sharp and fun and smart and worldly and a live wire."

Another thing we've been getting a lot of queries about lately is the bracelet that Kristian wore to the Emmys this past August. You can see it in the photo to the left. It's not a leather cuff as some have speculated. As it turns out, our girl is even more creative than anyone ever imagined! Kristian made that bracelet by sewing the Miracles pendant to a piece of brown tuile and tying it around her wrist. Pretty cool, huh? As it turns out, she made such a splash with her creation that there just may be something similar in the works for an upcoming HFM collection.
